For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process dojo77 conducts to confirm a Member's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia and the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 7 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an active dojo77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. dojo77 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 21 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through dojo77's Responsible Gaming tools or through any other mechanism, that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of dojo77 or any of its affiliated technology partners or game studio suppliers.
• You must not have had a previous dojo77 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions set out above are met and will continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform. If any eligibility condition ceases to be satisfied, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify dojo77 at the contact address in Clause 14.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must update this information promptly should any detail change.

dojo77 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport);
• Proof of Indonesian residential address issued within the preceding 90 days;
• A selfie photograph alongside the submitted identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals.

dojo77 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following request will result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dojo77 immediately via the contact details in Clause 14 and change your password without delay.

All deposits to and withdrawals from a dojo77 Account are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Approved deposit and withdrawal channels currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of approved channels is subject to change; the most current list is displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where dojo77 expressly approves an alternative channel following KYC review.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform's cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• dojo77 targets deposit processing within 60 seconds for real-time transfer channels. Withdrawal processing times vary by channel and are published in the cashier. dojo77 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• dojo77 may impose transaction limits at the Account level at its discretion, including for responsible gaming, security, or compliance reasons.
• All funds deposited to dojo77 are used exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. dojo77 is not a financial institution and your Account Balance does not earn interest.

dojo77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and BRI Liga 1 fixtures. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have a verified Account in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money funds within your Account Balance. Real-money funds are used first in any wagering activity; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpots, and specific table game variants — may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate. Applicable game exclusions and contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• dojo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already validly claimed by a Member prior to the change.

The following general rules govern all bets and wagers placed on the dojo77 Platform across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout online slots), and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dojo77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and confirmed by the Platform, except in cases of a manifest technical error as described below.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in a bet being placed, settled, or displayed incorrectly, dojo77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's Account. dojo77 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors.
• dojo77 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market or game at any time and at its sole discretion, including on accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the Platform, including rules governing void bets, event postponement, abandonment, and in-play settlement procedures.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer dealing procedures governed by the rules of each game studio (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). dojo77 presents these games as a licensed aggregator and the game studios' published rules govern settlement in all cases.
• Togel draw results are sourced from the official results of the relevant licensed draw operator. dojo77 is not responsible for any discrepancy between an unofficial source and the official draw result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dojo77 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or accessing another Member's Account without authorization.
• Multiple accounts: registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hole cards, signaling in live dealer games, or match-fixing in sportsbook markets.
• Use of automated software: using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: systematically exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, abuse of free bets, or wagering patterns designed purely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay intent.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct transactions with no genuine gaming purpose designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: disputing a valid deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider after the corresponding funds have been wagered or withdrawn from the Platform.
• Interference with Platform integrity: attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or any connected system.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without dojo77's prior written consent;
• modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dojo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dojo77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. dojo77 recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dojo77 is licensed and regulated internationally.

dojo77 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. dojo77 is not licensed by any Indonesian domestic regulatory authority; Indonesian players access the Platform under the terms of dojo77's international operating license.

Any dispute arising between you and dojo77 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
